Delivery times
Delivery time is 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping and handling
- For orders with destination Spain under 30 € the shipping costs are 4.95 €.*.
- For orders with destination Spain equal or superior to 30€ the shipping costs are FREE. *
- For orders with destination in the rest of Europe less than 100 € the shipping costs are 14.95 €.**.
- For orders with destination in the rest of Europe equal or superior to 100€ the shipping costs are FREE. **
* Only for shipments to Spain except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
** Only for destinations in the European Community except Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece and Malta.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
For shipments to these destinations, the following supplements must be added to the domestic postage, leaving the shipping costs as follows:
6.95 for Shipping + 18.00 for Delivery at Origin + 11.00 for Shipping Surcharge = 35.95
These amounts are the same regardless of the amount of the shopping cart.
In addition, you will have to pay the costs, if any, corresponding to the expenses at destination (clearance at destination, customs duties, taxes, etc.). When we receive your order, we will contact you immediately to arrange payment of the supplements and arrange shipment.
Shipments to Balearic Islands
For orders with destination Balearic Islands less than 100 € the shipping costs are 6.95 €. For orders over 100 € the shipping costs are FREE.
International shipments outside the EUROPEAN UNION
We do not ship to countries outside the European Union (EU).

Cancel your order
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. You can request cancellation through the contact form or by sending an email to contacto@onnastudio.com or by calling 96 148 59 19, the latter only from Monday to Thursday from 09:00h – 17:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 14:00.
Returns (Withdrawal Policy) – 30 calendar days
The management of the return is very simple, we take care of everything.
Simply write to us at info@onnastudio.com indicating:
- 1st) Order number
- 2º) Reasons for the return
- 3º) Collection address
- 4º) Contact number for collection
- 5th) Time interval to pick it up. (Minimum 2 hours interval)
We will arrange the pick-up with the agency and confirm the pick-up code by replying to your email.
Cost of return:
In orders placed from 16/02/2023 the cost of the return will be 4,95€ in Peninsula / 6,95€ in Balearic Islands / 14,95€ rest of EUROPE / 35€ Ceuta – Melilla – Canary Islands / that we will subtract once we make the refund.
* In the event that the product has a manufacturing defect, is out of stock or has been delivered in poor condition, no shipping cost will be deducted.
*Only exchanges of products of the same amount will be made. If the amount is not the same, it will be treated as a refund.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Same packaging, wrapping, unused or unwashed and in perfect condition. Otherwise, Onna Studio reserves the right to deduct any type of expense for defective product.
